Minot ATA is FANTASTIC. My 5 year erstwhile son, myself, and my husband are all enrolled in classes. It keeps us physically active, disciplined, and allows us to proceeds confidence all while having fun. The Gracie Jiu-Jitsu programme is so keen. Mr. Ward is knowledgeable and patient with each pupil.
My son is overly shy but the instructors makes him feel welcomed n took fourth dimension out to help him!
What can I say? Non only accept I been involved with the cardio kickboxing classes in the past, my son is now in the Tiny Tigers program. The instructors are great and teach valuable lessons in additions to their moves.

My daughter used to have a lot of anxiey problems, would get so worked up and vomit resulting in lots of calls from daycare. She learned self confidence, cocky esteem, self control, listening to directions, and and then much more. She actually has improved and then much thanks to the wonderfull teachers. They are so great and fun for the kids.
I have been there for virtually 4 years and I love it there. Great instructors who teach the kids very well with respect and discipline. It'due south just a great and fun place to piece of work out and learn taekwondo.

Minot ATA Martial Arts is the best kept clandestine in town that everyone needs to know about! These guys are amazing! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, and teach our kids the life skills that then many are lacking today! I looked around, and at that place is no one better in the expanse! You need to check them out!
